Customer data:

We only keep records of customer data long enough to satisfy customer needs (delivery, refunds, etc.). After your purchase is successfully completed and delivered your personal data will be automatically deleted from our database. Note that we can't control how 3rd parties such as postal services handle your information.

Contacting us:

If you choose to contact us vie email using shop@konsensus.network or another one of our emails, please be aware that the email communication is not encrypted and should not be used for secure communication. You may contact us to establish a more secure communications channel if you have sensitive matters to discuss.

Affiliates:

If you sign up for our affiliate program, we will keep the information you give us with the sign up form for the duration of your affiliate network membership. The information will only be used to assess your eligibility for the program and to contact you about matters relating to your affiliate account.

You may have us delete all of this information by emailing us at shop@konsensus.network. Your data will automatically be removed after 6 months of inactivity (no usage of your affiliate link or coupon).

Email and SMS marketing:

We offer our customers the option to opt-in to our mailing list or SMS marketing list to receive news and offers about future products, projects and events. By selecting any of these options, you consent to receiving email or SMS communication relating to Konsensus Network products, projects or activities. You may opt-out at any time by replying to us or by sending us email at shop@konsensus.network.
